Zanzibar Luxury Properties is an institutional-grade boutique agency for villas, apartments, land and hotels in Zanzibar — a small firm with the habits of people who spent their careers inside large European investment houses: careful process, straight answers, and no theatre.

A developer presents one project. We gather the facts on each project — villas, apartments, land and hotels, listed or not — then place those facts in the market, including location, and recommend the property that fits you. We explain how foreign ownership works in plain language, whether that is a condominium unit title in your own name or a company lease, and we stay with you until the purchase is registered. Buyers pay no commission. If you are selling, we only charge when we introduce the buyer, and selected properties are shown to international clients on James Edition and LuxuryEstate.

Our Background
The firm brings more than twenty years of investment work in Europe, and leadership that includes a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). At Zanzibar Luxury Properties, Chiara leads client engagement and operational coordination, overseeing initial investor enquiries, marketing communications, presentations, and structured follow-ups. As a native Italian speaker, she manages Italian-language communications and translations, supporting the firm’s European investor outreach.
